''Immaculate Heart Messenger'' is a Roman Catholic international quarterly magazine. It has been endorsed by the last two presidents of the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for the Family Cardinals Edouard Gagnon and Alfonso López Trujillo. It has also been endorsed by the last two Bishops of Fátima, Portugal.〔() Publishers website〕 It is published by Fatima Family Apostolate located in Hanceville, AL and was founded by Father Robert J. Fox and is a not-for-profit organization. The Immaculate Heart Messenger is designed to teach people about the Catholic faith, to pray and read Scripture.It consists of articles about applying church teachings in the present day. Articles and meditations are written by guest writers. Each issue of Immaculate Heart Messenger contains news briefs, subscriber forum, Question and Answers, various articles explaining various aspects of the Catholic faith such as prayer, catechism, the Sacraments, Lent, Advent, Scripture, stories about the lives of the saints or personal witnesses. The magazine layout is a full color 8x11 size and includes pictures and photographs. Before Fox founded his own Apostolate and editing his own magazine, he was a columnist for the National Catholic Register, a frequent contributor to Our Sunday Visitor as well as to various other Catholic publications, such as The Priest, Homiletic & Pastoral Review, etc. ==Editorial stance== The magazine promotes conservative Catholic teachings with regard to sexuality and marriage, opposing birth control, divorce, abortion, and what it considers to be indecent literature and film. As Editor of the magazine Father Fox continued to write on various subjects.
